A major addition to and remodeling of an historic downtown presence. The original 1920's auditorium has returned to its former grand character, but with the incorporation of state-of-the-art stadium seating and technology. The addition houses 7 new audioriums and the entire complex takes up more than 3/4 of a city block in the downtown environment. This well-supported community landmark also has a new lobby and concession area. The development of the Woodstock Theatre project was designed with an open dialogue with the Historic Preservation Commission, whom we actively worked with throughout the design process.
