LAKE 
THEATRE

A major addition to and remodeling of a wonderful Historic 1920's old theatre. The addition included 3 new auditoriums, common areas, concessions, and a new Restaurant on the Lake Street exposure. In attendance for the grand opening were several patrons who attended the original grand opening in the 1920's. The development of the Lake Theatre project was designed with an open dialogue with the Historic Preservation Commission, whom we actively worked with throughout the design process.
