BARN CONVERSION

An awesome 10,000 square foot dairy barn on a beautiful multi-acre site caught the eye of one of my clients. The design had to include three separate suites for the owners (one couple, one for their daughter, and another for their mother-in-law). An art studio, a swim spa, an art and sculpture gallery, and a great deal of living space was combined to create a very successful new home.
